High on colour

So excited about things right now :) I was a bit down for a while but I think I'm out of my slump. Been catching up with work, getting on top of things, seeing my friends and family and listening to some awesome music whenever I have the chance.

One track I'm loving is You make me feel...  by Cobra Starship featuring Sabi. This song is so contagious and when I'm at check in I'm on cloud nine humming this track to mýself. Even when I'm being abused and called awful names by randoms I'm still smiling and thinking about this song lol. Yes, call me nuts aye? ;)

Also I'm LOVING the colour hot pink! I'm letting my nails grow and for the first time in my life I'm taking pride in my nails ahaha!

Boyce Avenue

I've been on cloud nine lately having recently rediscovered a few bands that I used to love when I was younger.

You know that feeling you have when you hear a beautiful song and you feel immediately lighter? That is how I feel when I hear Boyce Avenue's covers, as well as David Franj's wonderful track Perfect.

Two songs you really ought to listen to by Florida based band Boyce Avenue - U2 cover 'With or Without You' and also Tracy Chapman's poignant ballad 'Fast Car.'

I really love the track Perfect by Australian signer songwrite David Franj.

It was released a while ago but the song itself still makes me shiver. It's really romantic and captures how deep someone can feel about something. I love that its so understated and then escalates as the song progresses. It's lovely. I hope you enjoy it :)
